22 guests were invited for 11am on a Sunday

Steamed Prawn & Salmon Rolls
Salmon, green prawn meat, fish sauce, sliced shallots. Rolled in fresh rice noodles and steamed. Served with a chilli/lime sauce

Medium Pastries with Traditional Quiche Filling

Fillo Pastry Triangles
filled with sauteed mushrooms and ricotta cheese  

Smoked Salmon and Leek Frittata
Cut into 4cm squres

Ham and Cheese Rolls
slices of  filled with a Swiss cheese filling, rolled in breadcrumbs and deep fried

Rare Roast Beef
Thinly sliced rare roast beef served with a bernaise sauce, on Maggie’s home made bread

Birthday cake
Chocolate Concord Alternating layers of chocolate meringue and a light chocolate mousse. Served with cream and strawberries

Small mufffin shapes, with minced chicken, lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk, curry paste and fish sauce. Oven baked and served warm

Small Russian buckwheat pancakes topped with smoked salmon  served with sour cream
