  • Thai Chicken Puddings Small mufffin shapes, with minced chicken, lemon grass, Kaffir lime leaves, coconut milk, curry paste and fish sauce. Oven baked and served warm. [Warm]
  • Pumpkin and fennel savouries These are made with fennel, pumpkin, onion, bulgur (cracked wheat), and chopped mint, ricotta and feta cheeses. Served as small 'cigar'fillo pastry rolls. [Hot]
