Savouries followed by a fork dish

Savouries

  • Duck rolls. Shredded Peking duck, snow pea shoots, hoisin sauce, wrapped in super fine rice paper, served in sushi sized pieces [Cold]
  • Vegetable/crab rice paper rolls. Served with a dipping sauce
  • Fillo pastry triangles filled with spinach & cheeses,topped with poppy and/or sesame seeds. [Hot]
  • Mini or pastry cases — chicken tarragon & mushroom filling.
  • Smoked salmon and leek frittata. Cut into 4cm squres. [warm]
  • Chicken satays. [allowing 2 and a half per person] Served with Maggie‘s homemade peanut/curry sauce. [Hot]

Fork Dish

  • Lemongrass Beef On rice noodles with fresh herbs. Beef thinly sliced into bite sized pieces with lemongrass, thinly sliced red onion, oyster & fish sauces on rice noodles , and fresh herbs,mint basil etc. May be sprinkled with peanuts if you wish
  • Served in bamboo bowls.
  • Birthday Cake. Chocolate and hazelnut

  • Prawns with an avocado/lime sauce. Served on bamboo spoons
  • Octopus with same sauce.

  • Zuccini flowers stuffed mozzarella & basil. [Hot]
  • Mini hamburgers. Fillet of beef,caramelised onion,baked potato/kumera slices. Chilli jam [Cold]
  • Mini pastries filled with caramelised onions and goats ricotta cheese [Warm]
  • Chicken satays. Served with Maggie‘s homemade curry /peanut & sauce. [Hot]
  • Noodles with a Thai flavour. Rice noodles with sliced barbecued pork, spring onions,a variety of vegetables shitake mushrooms, fine strips beans, celery, carrot, and red capsicum. Served in disposable bamboo bowls and chopsticks.

Sweets

Chocolate ice cream served in mini cones and/or toffeed strawberries.
