About Us
Maggie Hughes founded her catering company, Maggie’s Epicurean Service more than 26 years ago. She travels all over Sydney, to the country and occasionally interstate, catering & organising functions as well as teaching cooking.
Recently we have also catered for functions in the Southern highlands, Moree, Kangaroo Valley, and other areas outside Sydney.
Maggie's Epicurean Service caters for dinners and luncheons, corporate and private, weddings, wedding breakfasts,hot and cold buffets, and cocktail (finger food) parties.
No matter what the occasion, whether you are having an intimate dinner party for eight, or celebrating a special occasion with a small number or 150 or more guests we will make it a memorable one for you.
Our philosphy at Maggie's Epicurean Service
- First and foremost Menu for the Venue—we at Maggie's Epicurean Service and function planner/management believe that it is important that we sit down with our client/s at the venue for the proposed function.
- Our clients create their own menu with the food of their choice, thus enabling them to have what they want for their particular function
- Each event is treated as a one-off, thus providing an exceptional and professional service.
