Moroccan fillo pastries
Prawns, rice vermicilli, onion, lemon, a little paprika, cumin (Hot)

Zuccini Fritters
Small pancakes/fritters, Freshly grated zuccinis, fetta cheese, mint, and dill (Served hot)

Traditional Quiche
Bite sized pastries, bacon, Swiss cheese, onion, eggs, cream (Hot)

Lamb Koftas
Minced lamb spring onions, fish & lime sauces, mint. (Served hot)

Buffet

Neck of pork served with a mango & ginger sauce

Tenderloin of beef. [grass fed] Bernaise sauce

Platter of sliced roulade, spinach, ricotta cheese, lightly sauteed leeks, slices of leg ham.

Bowls of baked kifler potatoes

Beetroot  & goat’s cheese salad with toasted almonds & spinach. A lovely salad  

Salad of asparagus and snow peas
