Maggie just a note to say thank you and how delighted Mark and I were with the food and service you provided along with Yves at out function on Saturday night. Many of our guests were asking who is the caterer, so we will share your details with them. It was such a treat for both of us to enjoy our guests from beginning to end and not be caught up with food preparation. We both love entertaining and cooking but you have demonstrated to us a whole new way to "do it all". Yves was delightful and nothing was too much trouble. Our guests all left extremely well fed and watered!

Hi Maggie,

Just a quick note to say thanks for Friday, the food was great and we certainly had enough, probably too much cheese but we suspected that anyway! I had many compliments from the staff that they enjoyed the food very much, the Thai Chicken Puddings and sandwiches were my picks, and the Fire Engine Red WR as you recommended.

It was a relief for me as I booked you on a hunch from your lovely website, I hope we can do it again sometime!

As usual a splendid occasion thanks to you. Everyone raving about the food, settings etc. All your staff are such lovely people to have around they always feel like part of the party.

Is it possible to order 3 doz of your Thai Chicken cakes to collect Christmas Eve? James and Sal called in today for lunch in the hope we had discovered some hidden at the back of the fridge!!

Dear Maggie

What a wonderful day to remember—our daughters wedding. You were just wonderful and could not have managed without your help for everything from the hiring of marquee, tables, chairs,lighting,music,etc. Many commented on the quality of linen, glassware, crockery,cutlery .

Your organising skills are one thing,BUT your fresh & delicious food is something else –quite exceptional. Beautifully cooked and presented, no mean feat for 140 guests sitting down in the bush!!

The cheeses were to die for, the cake superb.

Please thank your wonderful staff, including those in the kitchen, all of whom were very nice and efficient.

I would happily recommend Maggie and her staff to anyone who is considering catering for any function.
